Why Sleep Matters
Sleep is not just rest—it’s essential for your body and mind to heal, regulate, and function optimally. Poor sleep can affect your immune system, hormones, weight, mental health, and even increase your risk for heart disease, stroke, and diabetes. Chronic sleep issues can silently chip away at your quality of life and overall health.

Sleep Testing & Diagnostics
We use advanced diagnostics like at-home sleep apnea tests and in-lab polysomnography to accurately assess your sleep patterns.

Polysomnography
A polysomnography, or PSG, is an overnight sleep study conducted in a specialized lab. It comprehensively monitors your sleep, recording brain waves, eye movements, breathing, heart rate, and muscle activity. This allows us to accurately diagnose a wide range of sleep disorders.

Home Sleep Study (HSAT)
A home sleep study is a convenient option for diagnosing certain sleep disorders, such as sleep apnea. You'll use a portable device to monitor your breathing and oxygen levels while you sleep in your own bed. We'll then analyze the data to determine if you have a sleep-related breathing problem.

MSLT
The Multiple Sleep Latency Test, or MSLT, is a daytime study used to measure how quickly you fall asleep. It's often used to diagnose conditions like narcolepsy and excessive daytime sleepiness. During the test, you'll take several scheduled naps throughout the day, and we'll record how long it takes you to fall asleep.
