Our goal is to answer all incoming phone calls; however, heavy call volumes may sometimes prevent us from answering your call in person. If you reach a recording, please leave a message that includes your name, date of birth, a brief description of the nature of the issue, and information on how to be contacted. Please allow up to 24 business hours for a return call.

If you want to update the insurance, pharmacy, or medication list, you may also reach us via e-mail. Our e-mail platform is secured and HIPAA compliant. E-mail is not meant to replace a formal evaluation by our provider. As such, requests to change medication, change the dosing of drugs, or start a new medication will not be possible via e-mail (nor chat, nor phone). Please set up a time to discuss these requests with our provider. For refill requests, please get in touch with your pharmacy directly.
