We accept Zelle, Venmo, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
In office, we also accept cash payments.
Card Payments
Important: If you are making a payment on behalf of someone else or if the payment account does not match your name, please provide the full name and date of birth of the individual for whom the payment is being made. Additionally, it would be helpful to specify the purpose of the payment, such as "copay."
